Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

You can also track your order by:

• Logging into your Elixor Collections account and viewing your order history.
• Entering your tracking number directly on the carrier's website (UPS, USPS, or FedEx).

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will assist you right away.

Note: Personalized items require 1-3 additional business days for production before shipping.
