Eligible for Return

• Non-personalized items in original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.
• Items received damaged or defective (contact us within 7 days).

Not Eligible for Return

• Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items (unless defective).
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
• Sale items marked as final sale.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at our support page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for eligible items.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
