Enter names, initials, dates, or messages exactly as you wish them to appear — text is reproduced precisely as submitted, including capitalization and spacing. For photo products, upload a clear, well-lit image with the subject centered. Character limits are shown in each field. Review all entries carefully before checkout as personalized orders cannot be changed after production begins.
Processing & shipping
Personalized and made-to-order items are crafted within 3–5 business days before shipping. Standard US delivery takes an additional 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS. Expedited processing (1–2 business days) is available at checkout. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on destination. Returns & exchanges
We stand behind every piece we create. Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with original packaging for a full refund or exchange. Because personalized, engraved, and custom-made items are uniquely produced for you, they are final sale.
